Cancellation & Return Policy

1.Cancellation is only possible for next 24 hours from the time of order. In this case mgrj.in shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid which would reflect as refund in 10-12 days. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion may decide to cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions/Customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
2.Return:We take extreme care in packing and shipping. mgrj.in reserves all rights to reject a refund and is not liable for any damage caused through third party.
3. In case of damaged products on delivery, please write to support@mgrj.in within 24 hours. Orders will be dealt with on case by case basis and kongarasusa.com reserves all rights to reject a refund and not be liable for any such damage through third party.
